intro

I have had my dark hours too. I understand what you are going through and I want to help. I have put together a guide of what have been the most helpful to me during this healing time. I know how vulnerable and lost we feel and I want to give you my hand.

Some people talk say that something has to die before something new can appear. I like to see it the other way around. Giving new life is painful, messy, exhausting but oh so beautiful. Let me help you bring this new version of yourself to life. It is scary but we can do it together.

I have divided the site into 3 sections: care, help and next level. Depending on where you are on your journey, I suggest you put in place a very strict self-care routine in place. During a moment in my life, I was crying every day. My self-care routine was very intense and I spent a lot of time every day on it. When I feel full of life, I do maintenance work to make sure I dont lose the connection I worked so hard on creating with myself but the routine is not as strict and intense as during my moment of crisis.

The help section are tools to guide you on your journey. I have read many books and tried many things and I want to share them with you. Healing and growing is not a one size/fits all process but I hope that this list is going to help you find what works best for you or open new avenues for you to explore.

The next level section is for the spring or summer of your life. You have lived through the winter. You have cried, healed and survived and now are ready to take it to the next level.
